We had a gate valve for a hot water shutoff in the basement completely stuck, as well as a shutoff for a vanity sink upstairs. The plumber, Adam, was able to repair the valve and also replaced the shut off valve. He was very polite and professional and kept us informed of everything the job entailed and the work that was being performed. I will not hesitate to use Water Works for any plumbing need I have. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve been using WaterWork Plumbing for a while, and my experiences have been great. Nice and friendly staff. Collin did a great job. He explained everything to me before he started. Very nice and professional. He was quick and got the job done. I can always depend on WaterWork.

They listened to what I needed, and took care of it quickly. Mark was the BEST! So friendly and skilled! Fair price for quality work. I will DEFINITELY call them the next time I need a plumbing repair!

I usually give this company great reviews but this time was terrible. I shared with dispatch when I made the appointment that I needed a metal replacement fitting for underlay sink (dishwasher issue). They got me my appointment, guy was late, that happens, BUT had the wrong address. He was nice enough, came in saw what he needed, went back ut and spent over 20 minutes in his truck only to come back and tell me he needed some no flammable tool, it would take 10 minutes to get. 40 minutes later he is back (were now up to an hour of him futzing around looking for the correct tools at 177.00 an hour, which he informed me I had to pay for). Took him all of 20 minutes to actually do the work. Im a single mom and a teacher, I can't afford to pay for someone else's incompetence. Im a single mom and a teacher. He should have come prepared as I was clear when I made the appointment what I needed. I am distressed and feel really ripped off. Maybe its an anomaly but Ill really hesitate before calling them gain. Buyer beware.

WaterWork is incredibly professional and timely. I have hired them several times. From scheduling an appointment through delivering services, they keep their word and are A+. They are the only plumbers I use, and my extended family now uses them too. Great job, team!
