This 100 year old house has many wonderful things about it, but the plumbing is old and sometimes strange! We have had Noah and his team of exceptionally well trained and very knowledgeable plumbers come out and snake out our basement drain many times always with quick, very good service. This last time we knew we had to do something about the pipes themselves. What a surprise when they opened up a small part of the concrete in the basement!! Not one or just two pipes, but 5 pipes. The town inspector said he had never seen anything like it before! Lucky us! But Noah and his wonderful team fixed it. It took a bit longer than we hoped [due to a death in the family and the holidays], and it was a bit more expensive too. But it all worked out very well and we know that because Noah is very patient, and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. He worked with the town's inspectors and it is done. Noah is a master plumber and his team are so very well trained. We could not be happier and I know we will see them again because of the very large tree in our front yard, and when they come again, it will be a much smoother and easier way to snake out her roots because of the work they did. Terrible company used them under onsouce through consumers and now my contract is being cancelled cause of this company had stuff fix and not properly fixed and now I have a smaller toliet in my bathroom cause the previous plumber could not find the part to fix the toilet correctly and have a different size toilet smaller then my old one also gave me a water leak and had to call a different company to correct the problem. I have pictures of the work Noah did in my house and text from him here my proof of the kind of work he does and I did not cause fraudulent claims that is a lie . Another company had to fix the leak cause oncore gave me the runaround andJohn from oncore deny the claim cause of Noah .

We used Royal Plumbing for our basement renovation. Noah (the owner) was patient and kind and really went above and beyond to help us out. He and his team of plumbers are extremely knowledgeable and make sure to do things right. Thank you for the great job and I highly recommend using them!

We have old plumbing, with lots of roots that cause issues, in a city that doesn’t make fixing it easy…we were doomed to a serious repair & dig up, which we wanted to avoid at ALL costs. Noah was great in explaining the situation, the options, and it looked like the outcome was inevitable. After the first 2 attempts weren’t successful, he sent out his BEST guy to give it one last shot before making the call to dig. Let me tell you, Seldon is a miracle worker!!! He was able to get through the roots, identified two more additional root balls causing problems, AND discovered a buried clean out in the yard that wasn’t visible until he spotted it when scoping. Seriously, next time we are asking for Seldon from the start. Both he & his assistant (sorry, can’t remember his name!) were professional, friendly, respectful & informative…we couldn’t have asked for better service from Royal Plumbing & their team. Thank you!!!!
