This 100 year old house has many wonderful things about it, but the plumbing is old and sometimes strange! We have had Noah and his team of exceptionally well trained and very knowledgeable plumbers come out and snake out our basement drain many times always with quick, very good service. This last time we knew we had to do something about the pipes themselves. What a surprise when they opened up a small part of the concrete in the basement!! Not one or just two pipes, but 5 pipes. The town inspector said he had never seen anything like it before! Lucky us! But Noah and his wonderful team fixed it. It took a bit longer than we hoped [due to a death in the family and the holidays], and it was a bit more expensive too. But it all worked out very well and we know that because Noah is very patient, and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. He worked with the town's inspectors and it is done. Noah is a master plumber and his team are so very well trained. We could not be happier and I know we will see them again because of the very large tree in our front yard, and when they come again, it will be a much smoother and easier way to snake out her roots because of the work they did. Terrible company used them under onsouce through consumers and now my contract is being cancelled cause of this company had stuff fix and not properly fixed and now I have a smaller toliet in my bathroom cause the previous plumber could not find the part to fix the toilet correctly and have a different size toilet smaller then my old one also gave me a water leak and had to call a different company to correct the problem. I have pictures of the work Noah did in my house and text from him here my proof of the kind of work he does and I did not cause fraudulent claims that is a lie . Another company had to fix the leak cause oncore gave me the runaround andJohn from oncore deny the claim cause of Noah .

Great company! With a great crew of Shannon and Michael, these guys are top-notch extremely thorough and professional!
We had a different company come out last week. They didn’t fix the problem. They wanted a lot more money to come back out.
Shannon and Michael explained what they did and how it really wasn’t the proper thing to do.
We are so glad we found Royal Plumbing.

From start to finish, the job was handled professionally and efficiently. The sewer repair was in the street where the tap met the city sewer. Noah Klein not only explained the repair, but discussed what exactly was involved step by step, as well as the approximate length of time for the repair and the cost. The crew, once the job started, were always on time, worked full days (even in bad weather), and answered all of my questions as the job progressed. This was a big job and because it involved digging up the street, it was a complicated job. From Noah to the crew, I felt confident in Royal Plumbing that the job would be done right. I did have other quotes, but hiring Royal Plumbing was the right decision.
