We had a beautiful stone sidewalk installed by Reliable Landscaping in 2020. Recently, some sections started to sink due to erosion. I reached out, and Jim from Reliable came out to assess the issue. Even though it was technically out of warranty, he took care of the repairs professionally and thoroughly. No hesitation, no excuses.
Their willingness to stand behind their work long after the job was done really impressed me. The sidewalk looks great again, and we’re confident it will hold up well. Great team and great service!

I couldn’t be happier with this company. Did a large patio project with gazebo install, brick work, waterfall, and landscaping. This was the hardest working group of people. Incredibly timely, neat, and thorough. Jim was our contact, and he was incredibly responsive and available. The work is top tier, and every detail was treated with the most importance. Would absolutley recommend, and will use for all future landscaping needs. Price beat that of 3 local competitors also. When doing a large project you appreciate being kept in the loop and having things explained to you, this company went above and beyond. 10/10. If anyone is torn on using this company please reach out to me I can provide many pictures of the work.

Received the runaround to have them fix a repair they performed on my sprinkler system. Was told multiple times they would follow up, but I had to each time. The issue spanned multiple seasons. They came out twice and said they had no idea what the issue was and would have to redo the entire zone. I had someone else handle it in about an hour.

Never use this company!!!! The owners are liars! They specifically gave me a quote for fall leaf cleanup saying they would send 4 techs and they pay them $60 a piece and should take no longer than 1-1 and half hours. When they called to collect the bill was double!! They also ruined my lawn in the process by driving over it and ripping the grass out and leaving track marks! Also unwilling to rectify their wrongs and told me it'll go away when the rain comes..... laughable!! The tracks are deep and missing grass. Also extremely rude and horrible customer service….. BEWARE!

We are thrilled with how our project turned out and could not recommend Reliable Landscaping enough! Jim was our project manager and he listened to our ideas and wants and then provided what he would suggest. It turned out beautifully and perfect for us. They finished the project in one day which blew our minds! The team working on the project were professional, productive, kind, fast and left our house/lawn looking like they were never even there (all cleaned up). Very impressive! We plan to use them again in the future. Thank you!
