Lunar Construction built my garage and I couldn’t be happier! They were skilled, professional, and courteous. Sean walked me through the entire process. Was even able to work around all of the previous cement company’s screw ups! If I ever need anything built or remodeled they will be first on my list! And the electricians Tom and Ian did an excellent job upgrading my electrical service to code! #Very Happy Customer

Lunar Home Improvement built my 2nd story addition which included 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. They were very professional and completed our job in a timely matter. Both Bob and his nephew Sean were there to answer any of my questions and kept me updated on each phase of the project. They also came up with my fantastic floor plan! All there team members were very polite and professional and CLEAN. I will definitely be using Lunar Home Improvement on my next home improvement project. Thank you Lunar for a job well done!!!

Used them to turn an unfinished attack into 4 bedrooms, bathroom & sitting room. They used minimal insulation, installed the drywall with nails & didn't put in enough heat vents. There were also electrical issues I've had to repair. I sued & won. They filed bankruptcy to avoid paying me.
11/2024, the shingles are blowing off roof the roof they installed. They nailed the shingles to the existing plank wood, no type of underlayment or barrier.

We worked with Bob and Sean at Lunar on a dormer addition at our home in Berkley. The project went reasonably smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. All of the tradesmen that Bob and Sean work with were very courteous and professional on the job. 4/5 because the demo crew damaged the ceiling in my office and left my yard a mess. Overall the project was a success and I would definitely work with Lunar again in the future.
