Can't say anything better about this shop. Ron has been my main guy for so many years after he took care of me for years at the shop he ran for a family after the original owners passed away, and he joined this team after the family of the owners decided not to take care of him after all his years of loyalty. He is the reason I found this amazing team of professionals. I do hope it's as great a place to work as it seems. Will have my loyalty always as far as I'm concerned.

These guys are my bros. I’ve used them countless times for multiple vehicles, and they have always exceeded my expectations. Fair pricing, honest opinions, and just great people in general. My car is at another shop right now, and Josh (owner and GOAT) was so kind to speak with me a few times to discuss the situation with me, give me suggestions about used vehicles to buy, etc. even though I wasn’t spending any money at his shop. Great service, even greater people.

My experience at this shop was HORRIBLE. They knew i had Another issue with my car and knew they couldn’t fix it but instead told me i had a different issue just to make money off of me. Josh tried to cover up what the real issue was with my car. And took advantage i would Not recommended.

They were awesome. Car was overheating in the middle of traffic jam had to pull over. needed AAA to tow it, i was quite a ways from home. I checked them out they were close had good reviews and AAA dropped it off after hours not knowing if they could look at it. They were booked up but looked at it for me and had it fixed right away. I am very appreciative of them getting me in and fixed on such short notice.

I had a great experience at Charlie’s! They were able to get to my vehicle much sooner than anticipated, and they provided solid, technical feedback which helped me make the right decision regarding my repair. Finding an auto repair shop that you can trust can be a very difficult process. Well, I found one! And I will use Charlie’s exclusively moving forward. 👍👍👍
